If you do not want to walk, there is a bus stop in front of your apartment | | Sunset apartment is situated on Ploce area one of the most famous and luxurious area of Dubrovnik near the Old Town and the famous beaches Banje and St. Jakov ( St. James).
The area is quiet with beatiful sea views on island Lokrum and Old Town. | | Apartment 5+2 is is located at the top floor of a 4 floor building with its own separate entrance. It is fully equipped, with 3 rooms + living room with sofa bed and kitchen +2 bathrooms+2 balcony |

There are no additional taxes, or other fees.
Starting with 14 days 10% discount.
Starting with 21 days 15% discount.
We request a security deposit of 20% of the rental price upon booking.
When you decide to confirm reservation, please mail me and I will send you details for the payment of deposit.
Credit cards are not accepted because of simple reason that we are registered only as accommodation renters and do not have possibility of doing business with credit cards.
The deadline for the payment of deposit is 7 days after confirmation of the booking. After that booking will no longer be valid.
Final cleaning, visitor's tax, air conditioning, bed linen and small towels are included in the price. |
